Vancouver 2010: The Richmond Oval - Speed Skating
04-03-2008 Sutton Place Hotel The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, in conjunction with The Quantity Surveyors of BC (QSBC), is pleased to announce the first in its series of evening seminars examining property development in the Greater Vancouver Area.
Our first seminar will feature a 4 person panel discussion on the Richmond Speed Skating Oval. This $178 million state of the art complex includes a multipurpose sports, recreation and community facility on Richmond's waterfront. Scheduled to open in the fall of 2008, the Oval will be home to long track speed skating during the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Beyond 2010, it will become an international centre of excellence for sports and wellness.
