Speaker: Alan Corkhill MRICS, Jax Kneppers Associates
For any of us who have had involvement with a construction project, the
likelihood of completing a project to deadline is often met with
disappointment. Even with the development of sophisticated scheduling
applications, delays on-site are an ever frequent occurrence. This RICS
seminar provides a brief introduction to schedule analysis, considers
problems often encountered with construction projects and reviews
solutions to identify with whom the fault lies when analyzing claims for
delays.
